I am expecting, or I have a newborn baby and need to make a visit to your office.  Is there anything I need to do first?

Please notify your insurance provider about the baby’s birth. This needs to be done soon after the child is born or you will be responsible for paying your medical bills. This is my first baby and I’m not sure what to do to keep my baby healthy. I want to be a good mother but there are so many things to think about.  How will I cope?

Don’t worry! We understand your concerns as a new mother. Our team of caring, courteous staff is there to help you at every step. We will let you know about the baby’s immunization schedule, advise you about breast-feeding, and helping you through the paperwork. If you have questions, feel free to ask us.  We’re here to ensure that your baby stays healthy and happy!

I’m a working mom and am really rushed for time.  How can I save time at the doctor’s office?

If this is your first visit to our office, you can download the patient information forms and fill them out at home.   Some of the information (e.g. the Patient Screening Record) needs to be filled only once, and will form part of our medical record.  Some forms have to be filled on every visit. This helps you and it helps us to have a smooth visit.
